Note: 100% of our products are hand-crafted individually. Further most of our products are hand-made from solid wood hence variation in size, color, finish, texture, natural grain pattern, knots, movement of timber etc are an integral part of the way products are naturally made & promoted. We strongly recommend you to ensure that you have made yourself fully aware about the nature of our offered hand-made solid wood products to avoid any disenchantment at a later stage. We regret, will NOT treat any of the above variations as defect, as these are natural occurrences.

Timber: Avoid placing your furniture under direct sunlight and/or near radiators. Also, occasionally polish the non-painted furniture parts with bees wax to retain sheen and for longer lifespan.

Artisan Furniture uses wood from commercial regenerative plantations and trees that have finished their commercial life, ensuring responsible forestry practices. All timber is EUTR compliant.

Minimal assembly required, installation instructions included.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, with no missing parts or tools.

Return Rules Summary: 

• Returns accepted for 15 days
• Customer provides return shipping
• No restocking fee
• Final sale items: 1 collection (indoor houseplants) can't be returned

To Start a Return: 

1. Login to your customer account.
2. Go to → Orders.
3. Select the order you wish to return and click on the 'Request Return' button.
4. Fill out the form by selecting a reason for the return and submit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at: support@groovyboardz.com.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note, processing times differ from shipping/transit times. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

During holidays, we may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
